佐藤 伸弥　取締役会長（非常勤）
　 Shinya Sato, Non-Executive Chairman

株式会社日本リースに14年半勤務の後、ジョーンズ・ラング・ウートン株式会社（現：ジョーンズ・ラング・ラサール株式会社）に入社。
代表取締役CEOとして、9年間にわたり世界中のクライアントに対して多様な不動産関連サービスを提供。
1999年よりバブコック・アンド・ブラウン株式会社の共同創業者として12年の間に多くの投資案件に関わる。
2011年4月より現職。北海道大学法学部卒。不動産コンサルティングマスター、宅地建物取引士。

Prior to joining Little BACH in April 2011, Mr. Shinya Sato was a Co-Founder & Managing Director of Babcock & Brown Co.,Ltd for 12 years.
Before Babcock & Brown, he was the Representative Director & Chief Executive Officer of Jones Lang Wooton K.K. (currently called Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.) for 9 years, providing a wide variety of real estate services to clients in Japan and throughout the world.
He had worked for Japan Leasing Corporation for 14.5 years before joining Jones Lang Wooton.
Mr. Sato is a licensed real estate broker and a registered real estate consultingmaster in Japan. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Hokkaido University.

田中 真人　代表取締役CEO
　 Masato Tanaka, Chief Executive Officer

一般財団法人日本不動産研究所にて不動産鑑定及びコンサルティング業務に7年間従事後、ゴールドマンサックス・リアリティ・ジャパンにてシニアマネージャーとして勤務。
その後、バブコック・アンド・ブラウン株式会社にて、マネージングディレクター兼アクイジション部ヘッドとして7年半在籍し、多くの投資案件に関わる。
2010年12月より現職。早稲田大学政治経済学部卒、米国マサチューセッツ工科大学（MIT）にて不動産修士号取得。不動産鑑定士、宅地建物取引士。

Prior to joining Little BACH in December 2010, Mr. Tanaka was with Babcock & Brown Co.,Ltd for 7.5 years as a Managing Director & Head of Acquisition.
Before Babcock & Brown, Mr. Tanaka was a Senior Manager of Goldman Sachs Realty Japan Ltd., following a 7 year experience at Japan Real Estate Institute focusing on real estate appraisal and consultation.
Mr. Tanaka is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed real estate appraiser in Japan.
Mr. Tanaka has a Bachelor of Political Science and Economics degree from Waseda University and holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

鈴木 学　代表取締役COO
　 Manabu Suzuki, Chief Operating Officer

メーカー勤務を経て2003年に生駒シービー・リチャードエリス株式会社（現：シービーアールイー株式会社）に入社。J-REITや国外機関投資家向けのPM/AM業務に従事。
2006年よりバブコック・アンド・ブラウン株式会社にてLPT（オーストラリア上場REIT）向けのアクイジション業務を担当。
2011年からヒューリック株式会社にて上場会社のM&A、J-REITの立ち上げ等を担当。
2015年1月より現職。東北大学大学院量子エネルギー工学専攻卒。不動産証券化マスター、宅地建物取引士。

Prior to joining Little BACH in January 2015, Mr. Suzuki worked for Hulic Co., Ltd. for 4 years where he was in charge of establishing the Hulic REIT and M&A of listed companies.
Prior to Hulic, he worked for Babcock & Brown Co., Ltd for 5 years, where he was responsible for acquisitions of the LPT (ASX listed REIT).
Mr. Suzuki also worked for Ikoma CB Richard Ellis K.K. (currently called CBRE K.K.) for 3 years focusing on AM and PM for J-REITs and foreign institutional investors.
Before joining Ikoma CB Richard Ellis, He had also worked for a domestic manufacturer for several years.
Mr. Suzuki is a licensed real estate broker and ARES Certified Master. He holds a Masters degree of Quantum Science and Energy Engineering from the Tohoku University.

中里 雅宏　取締役
　 Masahiro Nakazato, Managing Director

ジョーンズ・ラング・ウートン株式会社（現：ジョーンズ・ラング・ラサール株式会社）にて1年間勤務後、バブコック・アンド・ブラウン株式会社入社。
創業メンバーの一人として10年間にわたりバブコック・アンド・ブラウンのアクイジション、AM、ストラクチャリング等の様々な分野で活躍。
2010年12月より現職。中央大学文学部卒。宅地建物取引士。

Prior to joining Little BACH in December 2010, Mr. Nakazato worked for Babcock & Brown Co., Ltd for 10 years where he was in charge of a variety of works including acquisition, asset management and deal scheme structuring. He was one of the Founders of the company.
Before Babcock & Brown, he worked for Jones Lang Wooton K.K. (currently called Jones Lang LaSalle Inc.) for 1 year.
Mr. Nakazato holds a real estate broker license. He graduated from Chuo University holding a Bachelor of Liberal Arts.

佐藤 翔大　ディレクター
　 Shota Sato, Director

ITベンチャー勤務を経て2018年10月より現職。現在は主としてアセットマネジメント業務を担当。
同志社大学法学部卒。不動産証券化マスター、宅地建物取引士。

Prior to joining Little BACH in October 2018, Mr.Shota Sato worked for a start-up company for several years.
Mr.Sato is a licensed real estate broker and ARES Certified Master. He graduated from Doshisha University holding a Bachelor of Law.
